My sweet neice, Amelia, is finally home. And after eight weeks in the hospital, my sister Shelby and my brother-in-law Justin couldn’t be more content.

A few weeks ago, we hosted Amelia’s shower. I’d never planned a baby shower before, but it was so fun. Surrounded by friends and family, we were totally overwhelmed by their generosity and love.

Here’s a few pics of the shower decor. Since the shower was in the morning, we planned brunch-type food (casseroles, pastries, etc.). We decided to theme the shower around Amelia’s nursery–which is a totally fun mix of very unexpected “baby” colors.

But for Amelia, it couldn’t be more fitting!
